We are really pleased with the way Edward has treated us the past four or five years. It started with a cold call, with him inquiring if he could help us out with any real estate needs. I told him no, but keep checking in every few months. That he did and every time he called I would tell him the same thing. About two years ago we had him show us some houses that were for sale. My wife and I first worked with Ed almost 10 years ago as we purchased our first home together. When it came time recently to consider selling and find our forever home with acreage, we never even considered another agent. Even before our house was listed, we partnered with Ed and started looking. He was patient with us through the “browsing” process which lasted for months! EDWARD HUDSON was my listing agent for a house I had in Marietta Georgia. He was very professional and informative about the listing and selling process during the entire time. He was patient with me as I asked the same questions repeatedly to him and as we had hiccups with the buyers, he never appeared upset or disgruntled with them or me as I thought the buyers were being unreasonable in their demands.
It is apparent that this is not Edward’s first rodeo in the real estate market and the years of experience showed itself several times when we had a problem occur that would cost me more money to fix.
