My wife and I first worked with Ed almost 10 years ago as we purchased our first home together. When it came time recently to consider selling and find our forever home with acreage, we never even considered another agent. Even before our house was listed, we partnered with Ed and started looking. He was patient with us through the “browsing” process which lasted for months! He remained calm as our wants and needs shifted (many times) – and he was always willing to go the extra mile, answering questions and showing properties days, nights and weekends. He never tried to steer us in any particular direction, instead – he asked questions that made us think, and gently offered suggestions and ideas for us to consider. He must be the most patient agent on Earth. When the time was right, he listed and sold our home for a nice profit! We are really pleased with the way Edward has treated us the past four or five years. It started with a cold call, with him inquiring if he could help us out with any real estate needs. I told him no, but keep checking in every few months. That he did and every time he called I would tell him the same thing. About two years ago we had him show us some houses that were for sale. There seemed to be always something wrong with every house. We felt really bad about what seemed to be us wasting his time, but he kept calling with that ever so friendly voice. He was always like a friend calling, not a real estate agent. This past spring we were finally ready to sell our abode of 27 years. I called Edward a few weeks before with a date we would be ready to list. On that day everything was done, pictures and all. It went online, and we had an offer we couldn’t refuse in 24 hours. EDWARD HUDSON was my listing agent for a house I had in Marietta Georgia. He was very professional and informative about the listing and selling process during the entire time. He was patient with me as I asked the same questions repeatedly to him and as we had hiccups with the buyers, he never appeared upset or disgruntled with them or me as I thought the buyers were being unreasonable in their demands.
It is apparent that this is not Edward’s first rodeo in the real estate market and the years of experience showed itself several times when we had a problem occur that would cost me more money to fix. He was good at keeping the sales contract moving along for both the buyer and the seller. Also, he stayed in touch with me on a very regular basis AND he answers his phone when I called.
